What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Bagster also uses related storage such as local storage for preferences on some pages (for example tracking locale).

Essential cookies we use

These are required for the product to function. You cannot disable them and still use authenticated features:

  • **Supabase auth cookies** (sb-*-auth-token and related): maintain signed-in sessions for carriers, partners (org seats), and admins.
  • **bagster_session**: session timeout metadata used to enforce idle/absolute session limits on protected surfaces.
  • **csrf_token**: double-submit CSRF token for browser mutation requests (admin, carrier, and certain partner flows).

Without these cookies, login, dashboards, and secure form posts will not work.

Functional storage

Some public pages store non-essential preferences locally (for example tracking language). This is typically localStorage rather than a third-party marketing cookie.

Analytics and marketing

Bagster may enable first-party or third-party analytics only when configured for a given deployment. We do not claim Google Analytics, Intercom, or advertising pixels are always present.

If analytics tags are enabled in your environment, they may set their own cookies under their privacy policies. Check your browser’s site data for the live hostname to see what is actually set.

Payments processors

Where card checkout or connected-account tooling is configured, payment providers (for example Stripe) may set cookies on their domains during checkout. Carrier payouts and many settlements are completed via Bagster’s manual admin desk rather than automated partner APIs.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and CSRF-protected actions.

Browser settings (typical paths):

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Cookies
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Do Not Track

Bagster does not currently alter behavior based on browser “Do Not Track” signals. Use cookie controls and authenticated logout to limit persistence.

Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when the platform’s cookie usage changes. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
